From measure to store — we run the whole season so you can wave from the driveway instead of climbing the roof.
Year 1: purchase + install
We hang your custom-fit C9 lights. Clips on shingles, magnets on metal roofs. Everything runs to a single plug with a photocell timer — lights on at dusk, off when the sun shows up. You own the lights.
Maintain, take down & store
Need a bulb swap mid-season? We've got you. After January 1 we take everything down, pack it carefully, and store it year-round. Next season we rehang your lights at a reduced rate — same glow, less hassle.

Do I buy or rent?
You buy. We're not a rental company. In year one you purchase custom-fit C9 LED lights built for your house. We hang them, maintain them, take them down after the season, and store them for you. Later years we rehang at a reduced rate — because the lights are already yours.
Do I own the lights?
Yes. In year one, you purchase the lights from me and I custom fit them to your house. After that they're yours — I hang, maintain, take down, and store them, then rehang in later years at a reduced rate.
What's included?
Here's everything you get with Santa Beacon's:
- On-site measure & custom design — we map your rooflines and plan a layout that fits your house (no awkward overhangs).
- Custom-cut C9 lights — in year one you purchase the lights; they're cut and built for your home.
- Professional install — clips on shingles or magnets on metal roofs, hung clean and solid.
- Single-plug setup — the whole display runs to one plug.
- Photocell timer — lights come on at dusk and go off with daylight.
- Maintenance — if a bulb or strand needs attention during the season, we take care of it.
- Take-down after January 1 — we pull everything down when the season's done.
- Year-round storage — we pack and store your lights until next year.
- Rehang in later years — since you already own the lights, we put them back up at a reduced rate.
You get the glow. We handle the ladder.
How do the lights attach?
Clips on shingles and magnets on metal. We keep the install clean and solid so your display looks sharp all season.
Really just one plug?
Yep. They're LED lights, and we design the run so your display plugs in at a single spot, with a photocell timer so it tracks dusk and dawn without you flipping a switch.
What about next year?
We bring your stored lights back, rehang them at a reduced rate, and you're glowing again!
Do I need to be home?
Nope — not required. If you want to walk the design with us, great. If you're at work or out of town, we can still measure, hang, maintain, and take down. Just leave access notes when you book.
When should I book?
Earlier is easier. Fall is the sweet spot so we can measure, cut, and hang before the holiday rush. Spots fill as November hits — call or text and we'll tell you what's open.
